There is only ONE of each piece available from each house. If it sells, it's gone. But don't worry, we will we have A LOT of properties staged. Check back often for new sales.

Please contact us if you see something that you are interested in that is no longer available. We can check our inventory from our other staged properties and see if something similar is available.

After the sale ends for that property, we will contact you to coordinate pick up or delivery of your items. Deliveries will take place at the end of the sale.

If your purchase is under $1000 delivery rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

All sales are final. In the rare case a piece arrives significantly different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We handle each situation individually.
